Purposes of Data Processing
The Portugal-Philippines Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIPF) processes all information provided when registering as a member of
the CCIPF and any updates/changes made thereto, including detailed information (“Personal Data”, such as person contact details, direct
contacts of the contact person) of the Member’s data, for the following purposes:
• Maintain, administer and manage the relationship between CCIPF and the Partner
• Ensure communication between CCIPF and the Member
• Publication in the Membership Directory and other CCIPF publications
• Promotion of commercial relationships between partners
• Information and/or collection of opinions on products and services that may be of interest to the Member, for this purpose using the contact
details provided by the Member
• Promotion of commercial relations between partners and third parties, when CCIPF receives requests of a commercial nature that may be
of interest to the Member
Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on interested party’s consent.
Recipients
The data collected is not transferred to third parties, except when this results from a legal obligation or unless expressly authorized by the
Member.
Conservation Period
The personal data collected is kept only as long as the relationship between CCIPF and the Member continues. After this period, the data
will still be retained for the time necessary to comply with inherent legal and contractual obligations and when its conservation is necessary
to guarantee the exercise of rights and duties resulting from these obligations.
Personal Data Security
CCIPF uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal data of the
Member’s contact persons, and regularly reviews and improves these measures to reflect legal developments and available technology.
Data Subject Rights
The Member and the data holders indicated by the Member (company contact persons, indicated in this form) have the following rights in
relation to the personal data provided: right of access to personal data concerning them, right to rectify or erase said data, right to limit
processing with regard to the data subject, right to object to data processing and right to data portability. The Personal Data Holder also has
the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to Complain
The Personal Data Holder has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Personal Data Control Authority
